Harlaxton College Library has just taken delivery of an extensive collection of resources relating to The Beatles. This collection was generously funded by University of Evansville Libraries Wheeler Fund to support Dr Phil Taylor's new course entitled The Beatles: Popular Music and Society in 1960s Britain. As Dr Taylor says, ‘The new Beatles books and CDs for the College Library will be a valuable set of resources for future Harlaxton students and faculty, not just for study of the Beatles but also more broadly for work on popular music, culture and society in 20th century Britain’.
